We are seeking a highly organized and personable HR & Administrative Support Specialist to provide confidential support across a variety of Human Resources functions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-service focused, and able to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion. This role combines general administrative responsibilities with more technical HR support, including recruitment coordination, examination support, and data management.
Key Responsibilities
Provide confidential administrative support to HR leadership and staff.
Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling, candidate communication, proctoring examinations, and assisting with applicant processing.
Prepare and organize examination materials, documentation, and testing logistics.
Interact professionally with applicants, employees, and members of the public, ensuring a positive and service-oriented experience.
Maintain accurate records, track HR metrics, and support data entry and document management.
Assist with onboarding, employment processes, and other HR tasks as needed.
Manage competing priorities with accuracy, maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.
Adapt quickly to new systems, processes, and workflows in a fast-paced environment.
